Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizTrip website and application (the "Service"), provided by PDJ Tax Experts LLC ("BizTrip", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
BizTrip is AI business-travel expense and tax-documentation software. It helps users capture receipts, log mileage, organize trips, generate expense reports, and prepare tax-season documentation. Features and limits depend on the plan you select and may change over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and in any case at least 13). If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful activity; (b) commit fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (d) probe, scan, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; (e) upload malware; (f) scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent; or (g) attempt to circumvent plan limits.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed by PDJ Tax Experts LLC and payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers. Prices are as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and you retain access until then. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
5. Important tax disclaimer
BizTrip provides general tax information and automated estimates for organizational purposes only. It does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Estimates of deductions and savings are approximations. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific situation.
6. Intellectual property
BizTrip and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, models, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. You retain ownership of the trips, receipts, notes, and other content you upload ("Your Content"), and grant BizTrip a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security or fraud risk. On termination, we may delete Your Content after a reasonable export window, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizTrip and PDJ Tax Experts LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output (including deduction estimates) will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of PDJ Tax Experts LLC arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or tax outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where mandatory local consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
